The breakfasts were always rich and excellent with bagels, turkey, and muffins, the staff was very friendly, the service was excellent, they shared some useful information.

We were very impressed with the accomodations at SpringHill. Our room was not only sparkling clean and beautiful but the bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in away from home. It was spacious with every ammenity you could desire. The breakfast bar was also "over the top" - left us wanting for nothing. SpringHill will be our first choice from now on wherever we travel.

There is no changing room in the swimming pool area. It's hard to avoid dripping water over the floor on returning to the bedroom. However this seems to be the normal and isn't a huge problem.

I loved the room design and how friendly the staff was. The hotel was far enough from DC that I could enjoy just running around or I could drive 15 minutes to the city.

That brekfast was served on paper plates with plastic forks and knives which doesn't have a quality feel. It would be much nicer to eat off china with metal cutlery.

The staff were outstandingly accommodating. the location is ideal, close to the Whiele subway station. - Breakfast included toast, fresh fruit, cheese, hot waffles, and scrambled eggs which was good.

Decorated in a nice up to date style. Colors were uplifting.

The commode in room 202 nearly ran over twice. Borrowed plunger from house keeping and used it twiced. House keeper was very helpful. Overall excellent stay.

Room service should be better supervised I mean a) The passenger has the right to rest and use the do not disturb sign b) But should watch in its latest round of room if the client poster removed. C) The employee must give notice that I fail to collect room.

The venue is gorgeous and quiet. the location is excellent, close to the town center with great dining options. the staff members provide excellent service. the breakfast offered is rich and caters to all tastes. A very good stay with no complaints.

Thanks everyone for a really enjoyable stay for the holidays. We ate at an excellent restaurant for breakfast. The location was comfortable and magnificent: stores and a bakery were within walking distance. Had nice dainties at Amphora Bakery, located close to the hotel.

Convenient location, comfortable bed, well-stocked bathroom. Helpful front desk staff. Extended check-out option.

We stayed in a room that had handicap access, and I noticed the bed sheets (although clean, had a residue odor of urine, which was a little unpleaseant.) I'm sure it is one of the things that they tried to launder well, but that aroma is hard to remove.
